J.Crew – Spring 2011 – Men’s Collection Presentation

J.Crew is riding high. With recent releases of collaborative work with Mister Freedom, New Balance, Quoddy, Red Wing, Superior Labor, Barbour, and Belstaf, J. Crew has gained an immense amount of cache among those in the crowded menswear scene. The opening of Liquor Store in Manhattan also added to a fully-revitalized brand. The preview for the Spring 2011 line recently went down at Milk Studios, where J. Crew rolled out the line, which includes staples like Blazers, Shawl Sweaters, and Oxfords, while also incorporating chambray workshirts and selvedge denim with new details. J. Crew has evolved from being parasitic and conservative to now being the vanguard of menswear, and the Spring line looks like it will deliver once again. via The Pursuit Aesthetic
