Apolis translates to “Global Citizen.” In recognition of Armistice Day, the globally-conscious company has taken to release a film chronicling their realationship to those who produce garments for them in factories in Vietnam. In this David Christenson -directed film, key members of the Apolis team document their travels along the Mekong Delta. Vietnam is where the Transit Collection, which Apolis suggests is their most durable line, is constructed, and helping to debunk the sweatshop stereotype so often attached to manufacturing done there, they follow their brand philosophy and take the viewer right to the cutting tables.
