Harris Tweed x Topman Capsule Collection

Harris Tweed Hebrides has been toasted as the “Champagne of Fabrics”, and is not only a royalty favorite, but has also been a beloved proponent of fashion, having been used by great designers such as Alexander McQueen. In the recent seasons, as the fashion world sees a revival of those with history and heritage and a little bit of sartorial blue blood, Harris Tweed has become one of the mainstream collaborative favorites as well, with new partnerships in the sportswear industry, such as Nike and The North Face, and Fred Perry. In another high-street collaboration, the iconic “Orb” has reached out to fast retailer, Topman, to create a capsule men’s collection featuring apparel and accessories.
The only fabric in the world governed by its own Act of Parliament has worked hand in hand with the dandy youth affordable favorite to render some of its classic tweed into slim cut blazers, ties, bowtie, and skinny herringbone trousers and more. The classic navy wool, brown check, herringbone, and green wool have been adapted for the collection. The items have been branded with the ubiquitous Orb tag as well.
Perfect for the studied gentleman, and we do believe these will add instant learned points– books and horn-rimmed glasses can be mere accoutrements.
