By now Native Son has gained a reputation for the unique filmic approach the label takes in presenting its upcoming collections, and Fall/Winter 2012 is certainly no exception. The following atmospheric video explores metaphysical questions rather than simply showcasing apparel from the corporeal plane (though the tailored suit the man wears during his travails is extremely sharp). The man in question, who suffers through the entirety of the clip on a blind, frantic search for truth and meaning out in the wilderness, is portrayed Niclas Gillis, who doubled as the director of the short film. Ultimately succumbing to the elements, his journey unfulfilled, the unnamed man emerges from the other side to realize the answer was within himself all along. Check out the video following the clip.
