The Good Hood Store and R. Newbold, Paul Smith’s Japan-only line, have come up on year four of their ongoing collaboration, highlighted by the first delivery of collection No. 8. The goods bear the mark of a distinct West Coast influence, featuring embroidered neckline tees, three-quarter sleeve two-tone henleys, jacquard floral-patterned indigo button-down and slubby cotton graphic tees with washed-out colors and print. The standout piece in the collection is the flower blouson M65, an all cotton garment with concealed adjustable hood, chest and waist flap pockets and drawstring hem with leather toggles. The large all-over flower print presents an interesting contrariety to the classic military styling. Find the pieces in-store and online at the Good Hood Store.
